It's 3:42 in the morning and I couldn't sleep, so I got up and turned on the tv. Man, in his day Bruce Springsteen had it going on with those tight pants but it's his smooth, dreamy voice that is really a big turn-on.

I have strep throat. I have never had it before and hope to never get it again. I heard a couple of days ago that my cousin had it and it was really bad, but I haven't seen him lately. Curious. It is such a paradox to be sick. I hate being vulnerable and yet it is the one time I can yearn for comfort and people react with such kindness without question. Thank you for that.
